Educationally less developed states in Nigeria

North East: All 6 states
North central: All 6 states
North West: All 6 states
South South: 2 states
South East: 1 state
South West: No state

Admission into universities
Merit: 45%
Catchment area: 35%
Educatiinally less developed states: 20%

Note that this educationally less developed condition, is genetic. Its not environmental.
So if you are from Anambra, born and brought up in Kano, schooled in Kano, don't speak igbo but only speak Hausa, you are going to discover that your friends, neighbours and classmates in secondary school who are from Kano are going to enjoy Merit, plus catchment area plus educationally less developed state, for admission into BUK.

Years ago, my little cousin cried her eyes out when she had the highest score for Federal Common Entrance in her school in Calabar, but couldn't get into FGGC Calabar cos it's not her catchment area and she's not educationally less developed, but also in addition to that, the federal government sets the cut off mark for different states OF ORIGIN, and Imo State was the highest.
If that is not the worst form of injustice, what is?
