Nigerians react to NCDC reports by Samuel111(m): Thu 28, May, 2020 09:41am
Due to the adaptability Nigerians have become whenever the NCDC report pops up every night as they all try to gain more followers among themselves than being more interested in the number of cases being recorded. Many assume that the recent high number of cases in Lagos was being inflated so to get people's full attention on the what's going on now in Nigeria.

You can see their responses below;

According to the Covid 19 report yesterday, 389 new cases of Covid-19 were discovered within the federation yesterday and in Lagos state 256 were recorded, Kastina 23, Edo 22, Rivers 14, Kano 13, Adamawa 11, Akwa Ibom 11, Kaduna 7, Kwara 6, Nasarawa 6, Gombe 2, Plateau 2, Abia 2, Delta 2, Benue 2, Niger 2, Kogi 2, Oyo 2, Imo 1, Bornu 1, Ogun 1, and Anambra 1.

This brings it to a total of 8,733 confirmed cases in Nigeria, 254 deaths and 2,501 discharged patients.

Amongst others, Lagos has the highest number of cases with 4,012 discoveries.

While many believe the virus is real but gets problem with the increasing number, others believe the number is real and quite low compared to our number as a population.

According to one handler by name Tosin, ''I don't know why people are like that. Spain that has a population of 46 million has recorded over 200,000 cases but people think the numbers in Nigeria are fake even though we are about 200 million. Issorait.''

President Muhammadu Buhari is expected to address the nation on June first which is presumed to be exactly two weeks he announced of the easing of the lockdown and the proposing of the lockdown.

Everyone really hopes the announcement will help open the borders so that interstate traveling may continue but with this increasing number of case in Lagos, one can't say exactly what it may lead to.
