According to their terms and condition Coca Cola company cannot advertise to kids under the age of 12 years. The company made this policy as one of the ways to eradicate obesity in young kids. Donald Kipkorir was not happy with the photographer and he sent a message on his Twitter handle. He said kenyans must reject entities by predatory photographer who used the images of the young girl to force corporates to use the images. And he should be punished for violating the Constitutional and children act. 'Kenyans must reject entities by predatory photographers to force Corporates use images of a child without strict ethical guidelines. It violates The Constitution & The Children Act. It’s instructive Coca Cola rejected using her as #cocacolagirl ..Other Corporates should do same,' he said.
