An Italian doctor described the last moments of different patients he was with before they finally crossed over to the other side.

According to him, he saw so many patients with the virus say their last goodbyes to the people they love before dying.

The Italian Doctor said "looking at most patients feeling so scared to die, begging God to let them see one more day just to say their final goodbyes to their brothers, husbands, wifes and love-ones breaks my heart"

"Looking into the patients eyes, it just seems as though they've partly giving up on life but still holding on just to see the people they love one last time" he added.

"Most of them cry like babies, struggling to live as the seconds go by and I feel very sad cause I can't do more for them than pray for a recovery. Watching them is such a painful mode hurts me and the other doctors. Most times, we can't hold the tears in anymore, so we just cry along while consoling them" the doctor added.

He also Talked about the heart breaking moments where one of his patients pleaded that he wanted to say his last goodbye.

"I had to take out my phone and reached his wife on video call" the doctor stretched.
