So lets make this a little bit interactive because I'm going to be talking sternly to those of us who bleach our skins for beauty sake, while damaging important skin cells.
So I'll say, Dear Bleachers, When you are buying that bleaching cream for your bodies and faces; don't forget to buy the ones for your eyes. 😂. Don't laugh yet. I'm serious. Some of us would finish bleaching and while our skins are brighter than your futures, your eye contours are darker than satan's heart. You would now be looking like humans of many colours. 😠I'm AGAINST skin bleaching. Yes! But... If you must bleach away your skin colour, please do it well and spare our innocent eyes the horror of bleaching-gone-wrong. Hints 1. Those cheap creams do NOT work. 2. Use SUNSCREEN 3. Use Vitamin C, both on your body and in your body. *-* Dear NON-BLEACHERS (My People) You can have beautiful skin even in your natural skin colours; light or dark. These are some things to do to make your skin glow. 1. Eat fruits high in Vitamin C. E.g; Citrus fruits, pineapple. 2. Use Vitamin C serums. 3. Eat green vegetables. 4. Sleep well. At least 6-8 hours a day. 5. Drink a lot of water. 2-5 litres per day. 6. USE SUNSCREENS, especially on the exposed parts of your body. 7. Exercise. If you do the above listed 1-7; your skin would shine whether dark or light or fair. You do NOT need to bleach away your skins to have beautiful skin.
