Hushpuppi has been in US jail for sometime now, bet some already forgotten this legend that once ruled the social media wave some years ago.

1) Ray Hushpuppi whose birth name is Raymond Igbalodely and was born on the 14th of June. He is also known as Aja 4 and Aja Puppy. He once revealed that he used to be a crazy gambler back in the day.

(2) He all of a sudden became wealthy when he relocated to Malaysia. Nobody knows the actual work Huspuppi ventured into in Malaysia but he started making really good money when he left his country for Malaysia and has gained the title of a Nigerian dark horse.

(3) His net worth is estimated around 20 million USD which is quite impressive for a young man his age. He chooses to hide the numbers from the public.

(4) He has two kids, a boy and a girl from two different baby mamas.

(5) He is among the people that musician 9ice shouted out in his controversial hitsong Living Things is believed to promote internet fraud.

(6) He was recently arrested by Interpol and FBI in Dubai.

Abbas was arrested in June 2020 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in a coordinated operation.

He was later extradited to the United States to face federal charges.

He was charged with conspiracy to launder money (among other fraud/cybercrime-related offenses) under U.S. law.

In April 2021, he pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to engage in money laundering.

On November 7, 2022, a U.S. federal court sentenced him to 135 months (i.e. 11 years and 3 months) in prison.

He was also ordered to pay $1,732,841 in restitution to two fraud victims.

He is incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Fort Dix in New Jersey.

The projected release date (with good behavior, etc.) is April 23, 2029.

Some sources also state “August 6, 2029” as a release date in certain reporting.

He was reportedly transferred from a facility in Los Angeles to Fort Dix to serve the remainder of his sentence.
