⏩Green leafy onion Leaves

✅PREPARATION

grind or blend all of it together into paste, sundry it well. Then grind it into fine powder.

✅USES:

Take one spoon of it with water once in the morning.

Herb 2⃣

⏩6 Unripe green plantains

⏩6 Fresh green okra.

✅Preparation:

The plantain should be washed with clean water, the plantain will now be slice into pieces put inside a clean five litre container, the container must have a tight cover to avoid contamination. The okra will be slice as well and put it same container.

A clean water will now be pour on this herbal mixture inside container, the water must not be full to the brim. it will now be cover and soak for three days. After three days the ulcer patients can start usage.

Stomach ulcer patients will take one small cup in the morning before meal. Another cup in the afternoon. Another cup in the night before bed.

⏩Fresh stem bark of Mountain Mahogany botanically known as Entandrophiagina Angolense.
