Kellie, wife of Derek Chauvin, the Minneapolis police officer who killed George Floyd has taken final action.
Derek Chauvin Chauvin has been sacked and charged with murder in the death of George Floyd, and his wife now filing for divorce, after 10 years of marriage. Derek, who was earlier captured kneeling on Floyd’s neck before his death, was arrested Friday and charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. According to CBS Minnesota, Kellie, a former Mrs Minnesota on Friday in a statement through her attorney, expressed condolences to Floyd’s family. In the statement by Sekula Law Offices, Derek’s wife, also said she’s filed for her marriage to be disolved.
