Exercising stimulates the nerve ends which is directly associated with pituitary gland hence lead to increase in productionof growth hormones. When you sleep, your spine stretches while, when you stand, your spine compresses due to your body weight. Hence hanging exercises can help you increase your height. 2. Consider Doing stretching exercises regularly Doing stretching exercises for almost 15 minutes everyday will lead to stretching your spine which will later reduce tention on your lower back. This is super helpful for anyone willing to increase his or her height. 3. Eat Balance Diet Regularly Your food should always consist of proteins, fruits, vegetables , milk and Even Carbs. This food will help triger production of growth hormones. They will also increase both blood circulation and metabolic rate in your body. 4. Have Adequate Sleep Our Pituitary glands are mostly active at night. Having enough sleep will increase your height. 5. Good sleeping posture Best sleeping posture is by lying on the back with no pillow. You can elevate your knees slightly by putting a pillow under them for best results. The position will strengthen your spine while stretching the disks on the back. It also has benefits of reducing risks of back pains and injuries. 6. You should avoid alcohol, smoking and unhealthy activities Smoking and alcohol drinking will tamper with your nutrients and blood flow in your body. This will interfere with your height growth. You should also avoid all other unhealthy activities that may interfere with your growtn hormones production. 7.
