Yesterday night, I made zobo... a very fruity zobo.

Ingredients:
Pineapple, apples, cucumber,water melon, ginger and zobo leaves.

Process:
- Blend all fruits, sieve into a bucket or bowl to get the fruit juice and place the shaft in a pot.

- Add the zobo leaves and ginger to the same pot and boil with the fruit shafts. Sieve the zobo and add to the fruit juice. Mix and add sugar as required.

- Using fruits greatly reduces the quantity of sugar that needs to be added to the drink. Or better still add honey.
