Petrol Is No Longer N123 Per Litre, Here is The New Price
Petrol is a very vital commodity in th Nigerian market as far as production, transportation, health services, food and nutrition, security and many more is concerned. The high price of Petroleum products has adversely affected the Nigerian economy through inflation and scarcity of some products and services. It appears that the lower the price of Petroleum products, the more likely the market prices of other commodities will reduce automatically. FG and (PPPRA) the petroleum products pricing regulatory agency has officially declared the decrease in the pump price of the (PMS) Premium Motor Spirit to N121.50 from the previous N123 per litre. PPPRA in its written proposal also made it known that the ex-depot price attachment is now N100. 13 and N108. 13 per litre respectively while ex-depot for grouping is N108. 78 and N111.78 per litre for the month of June. All petrol marketers were enjoined to abide by it and run their operations within the declared prices.
