What is ovulation period?.

In a very simple term we can say ovulation is that period a woman is very fertile.

This ovulation period is when a woman's eggs in her body is produced and become matured.This eggs are just waiting to be fertilized by a male sperm to help produce babies. So, when these eggs or ovaries don't come in contact with sperms or get fertilized that is where it will start shading then it becomes blood which is known as period or menstruation.

This is how to calculate your ovulation period.

So, what is ovulation circle?.

Any day of the month you see blood to another month you see blood is called a circle.

If you succeed to know your circle consistently after three months than you can predict when to avoid pregnancy or get pregnant.

Some women have short circle while some have long circle.

Let's use 28 days for example which is some women circle.That means every 28 days expect your period

Get a calendar or write it down the first day you see blood attach number 1 under the particular date or day.

Example calendar day 13 will be your circle day 1,calender day 14 will be your circle day 2.Continue until you complete your circle.

A 28 days circle will be divided in the following categories

A) 1-7 days of your circle will be bleeding or period

B) 8-12 days of your circle will be probably fertile day

C) 13-15 days of your circle is ovulation.Once sperm come in contact you'll get pregnant.

D) 16-28 days of your circle is the infertile period.
