Reccomendations had been made by the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 (PTF) to the President of the country, Muhammadu Buhari on whether schools and religious homes and other businesses should be considered for reopening.
According to Secretary to the government of the federation, Mustapha said that the president final decision as touching this issue will be made to the public soon.

However, the recommendations made wasn't disclosed by Mustapha to the public, pointed out that only the president can make the final decision on such matters.

Boss Mustapha So the issue of places of worship, schools resumption, some specific businesses closed were part of the issues that had been looked into and the right recommendations made, but this will only be made known to everyone by Mr. President, who only has the power to take a decision in that regard.
