Sad News To All Students, Parents and Teachers As Government Announces The Following

Parents and students have continued to raise questions of whether or not the studies will soon resume. Those candidates expecting to to sit for the national examinations are also uncertain of whether or not they are going to sit for the exams, though the government has continued to insists that the exams will still be done and that they will not been postponed.

On Saturday president Uhuru announced that the government was thinking of opening the country back to normal, which is remove movement restrictions, partial lockdowns and also curfew by which it means schools too will be opened but if the curve of the virus will reduced and people will adhere to all measures put in place so as to curb the virus from spreading though for the past few days Kenya has continued to record high number of confirmed cases which have immensely increased across the country.

As per yesterday, Corona virus cases in Kenya jumped to 1286 after 72 individuals tested positive, this was after testing 2,711 sample size. Kenya has so far carried out a total of 61,971 samples.CAS Mwangangi said.

This are sad news to the whole country but more so to the teachers whom are at home not working and to the students whom too are at home without and not receiving any education especially those in rural areas that can’t access the online education program due to various reasons.

Although it has been said that the increase of the confirmed cases is because of the increased in mass testing points across the country but the question is if it’s due to high number of people being tested it means that the more the number of people tested the more the number of confirmed cases reported.
