The Dutchman was instrumental to Red Devils Winning their last Premier League

The former striker says everyone at Manchester United was obsessed with winning at all costs.
Robin van Persie has singled out the obsession with winning as the biggest difference between his former clubs,

Arsenal and Manchester United.

Speaking to The Mirror about his move to Old Trafford in the summer of 2012, the Dutchman said: “Man United is a beast of a club. Arsenal’s fans love it if we played beautiful football and won plenty of games.

“At Manchester United, you had to win. You had to play good football, you had to attack with wingers, but foremost you had to win.”

Van Persie joined Man United after the conclusion of the 2011/12 campaign and went on to lead the Red Devils to a Premier League title in Sir Alex Ferguson’s last season in charge at the club.
