The former Chief of Staff to the president who died weeks ago was without guilt after all, as memos and unauthorized appointments were discovered in his office. It should be recalled that Abba Kyari died of Coronavirus some weeks ago, which left the whole country in shocked to the news. His Excellency, Buhari, however appointed a new Chief of Staff by the name Ibrahim Gambari as his replacement shortly after his burial. Nevertheless, in order to hand over appropriately, there was a need for proper investigations in order for a transparent handing over. Mr president had to investigate Abba Kyari’s office and was saddened to discover Memos and lot of appointments issued by Kyari which were not approved by him. This reacted the President to cancel all Memos and appointments. Nigerians have reacted after the news has been carried all over by almost all media outlets as many have shouted out their frustrations on the Government and its lack of organization. Why should the COS override the president's office? Who was the true leader in the country when late Abba Kyari was alive? Nevertheless, rumour had it that Abba Kyari was the president's decision taker, and was privilege to all activities and orders in the Presidency. Buhari's special advisers have all refused to say out what and what appointments they were and who and who benefited. What's your opinion?
