Reasons I gave out what I could do to another Person, No 1 is very important by SirBee(m): Tue 14, April, 2020 06:03pm
Recently I had to give out (delegate) what I can actually do by myself very well to another person. I actually found myself pushing things forward (procrastination) and it was hurting. So, I had to find another person to get things done. Looking back, It was a good decision that has made much difference in my work and relationships.

The below outlines some of the reasons I had to delegate task to others.

1. Time: One of the most important resource is Time. Once gone, it is gone. After delegating, I have more time to face other things while assured that my other delegated task will also be done and will all come on-board.

2. Unique Angle: My believe that everyone comes with their own unique angle which makes the project colorful and have more better perspective. Like the saying goes, “Variety is the spice of life“. Entrepreneur, Tai Lopez said: what tai lopez said of delegation giving task to others

3. Handle Other Task: I had the opportunity to pursue other important task. You know it is always cool you can do 10 things within 10 hours with the power of delegation than only you battling with 1 thing for 5 hours.

4. It’s a While: It was actually a while I did that particular task so I felt I am no longer up-to-date with the current trends in that particular task. When I look at what the person did, it was a nice job and quickly bring me up-to-date with the latest trend.

5. The Money: This was actually an important factor. The job was getting done with a fairly affordable price, which was also a motivation to delegate the work. Assuming it was too pricey, the task would have still been left undone or I would have summoned all the energy to get it done myself.

6. Relationship: My relationship and interactions with the person have gotten better over this period, and have opened more opportunities for the person.

It was clearly a win-win for both of us.

So, what task have you been shifting forward, postponing, or thought that it was only you that could do it right. Look at the time you are wasting, the relationship and loyalty you are missing, and re-consider.
