1. SLEEP AND REST: The 8hours sleep at night is not a bad idea,as the body systems will be revived for another day's job. If you rest often there is possibility of not having signs of wrinkles or ageing. Sleep comfortably to avoid strains.
2. WATER: Drinking water at the right time will help to avoid wrinkles or ageing. We should avoid taking water in excess, keeping it moderate is the key because water helps in detoxifying and dehydration. Water is a major tool of anti-ageing and anti wrinkles . So grab onto that healthy water. 3. VITAMINS: Avocado,nuts,paw paw,grapes,spinach,watermelon,tomatoes, strawberries,carrots are some source of vitamins that can help aging quick ageing or wrinckles. Fruits and vegetables are essential agents of anti ageing and anti wrinckles as they serves as major sources of vitamins. Adding vitamin supplements to your menu is not a bad idea. Make sure you take your fruits before the meal, taking fruits after meal is a bad idea. 4. USE PILLOWCASES MADE OF SATIN OR SILK: These helps to create a smooth surface for your hair and skin, due to their soft texture. 5. EAT A BALANCED DIET: Avoid late night meals. Add lean proteins to your menu and avoid foods that are high in calories. 6.AVOID BLEACHING CREAMS: Most lightening creams are made of strong or harsh chemicals. They might cause damage to your skin. Make use of moisturizers lotions and products instead. 7. Add moisturizers products to your beauty bag especially the ones with VITAMIN-E. 8. Clean your facial or body make-up with a cleanser before bed and always practice body and personal hygiene. 9. Avoid excessive exposure to the sun. If you cannot avoid the sun,make use of sunscreen products or creams to avoid skin damage. 10. Hit the gym often or engage in cool sports. Exercise is very crucial too. 11. Avoid over working or over stressing your self. This is one of the major cause of wrinkle and ageing. Avoid things that will make you stressed out. 12. KEEP A BALANCED MIND: Happiness is the key to youthful and ageless looks. Avoid thinking or things that might probably give you blood pressure or heart problems.
