Materials needed includes;

1 A soft and clean toothbrush. I strongly recommend a new toothbrush

2 Original honey

3 Ground sugar

4 Any herbal toothpaste ( Note: toothpaste must be white or any bright colour like blue, cream. I strong recommend Oral B or Pepsodent )

5 That's all. LOL

Step 1 : Pore a little amount of toothpaste into an empty container ( about 1 centimeter long)

Step 2 : Apply a little amount of honey in the same container of toothpaste

Step 3: Apply a little amount of sugar in that same container

Step 4: Mix these 3 materials thoroughly until they become properly mixed

Step 5: Apply these mixture on your soft toothbrush and scrub your lips with it gently for 2 minutes

Step 6: After scrubbing, allow the mixture to get dried on the lips ( this might take up to about another 2 minutes)

Step 7 : Wipe lips with clean moist clothes
