I deemed it worthwhile to enlighten us on the Acronym known as "COVID-19".

The Full Meaning of COVID-19 are as follows:

CO- means Corona

V- means virus

I- means infectious

D- means disease

19- the 19 is referred to as 2019.

The 19 or rather 2019 was gotten or derived based on the fact that the Coronavirus pandemic started in the year 2019.

The dreaded and highly infectious disease originated from a city called Wuhan in China.

Hence, it started spreading like a child's play in Wuhan China, it took many people by surprise when the World Health Organization (WHO) finally referred or tag it as Pandemic because of the speedy rate it started infecting human to human.


Through out the history of mankind, they had been series of infectious diseases that surfaces and medications administered, and subsequently, varnished.

Indeed, the Coronavirus pandemic is regarded as unprecedented in the evolution of mankind.

Doctors have been working round the clock to get the vaccine that will cure this scourge, but as we speak no Remedy has been found to this effect. Nevertheless , the doctors are not resting on their oars, research and findings are still ongoing to make sure a reliable vaccine is found to cure Coronavirus pandemic ravaging the globe.
