If people called you a leader, are you?

How can you know who can lead?

My dear brothers and sisters, firstly understand that, "Humility is one of the most important weapon a leader must have, if you're humble, if you make people realise that you're not a threat to them, they will embrace you, they will listen to you".


A leader don't create followers but they creat leaders, don't makes people around you your slaves, don't see people under you as your servant but let them realise they are your neighbour.


A competent leader don't care about himself alone but all his people, who decides base on his/her own benefit is not a person that can be call a leader because a leader thinks on how his people will never suffer irrespective of his/her own convenience.
