There are some habit which are very common among men which are very dangerous to their sperm cell unknowingly, the habit have to be stop or else this can cause low sperm count.

Testes is located in the scrotum sac and normally under room temperature which have to be cold always if this scrotum is under hot environments or distress always it can cause harm to the sperm cell, below are the habit that you need to caution for your sperm cell.

1. Putting laptop on your lap as a man is very dangerous to you against your sperm cell its advisable to put laptop on your desk or table because as long as the laptop is powered on for so long it will definitely bring heat out which is very dangerous to your health this heat goes straight to your scrotum environment which need to be cool always changing it temperature thereby reducing the sperm cell production.

2. Alcoholism : many people don't know about this, too much of alcohol intake such as (dry gins) is very bad to health including male s3x organ which can lead to low sperm count or watery sperm cell which will be unable to fertilize an egg, apart from the damage cause to sperm cell alcoholism can cause liver damage which lead to illness called cirrhosis and diabetes among others.

3. Kinds, type and size of boxer you wear can affect your sperm cell as well as the materials your boxers is made of can affect your sperm cell such as material that generate heat, tight boxer causes construction in your groins lowering your sperm count, your scrota sac are always dangle outside the body to lower temperature to facilitate sperm production, a tight boxers increases temperature whereby restraining sperm production.

To have a good sperm cell you need to live a good healthy life, stop smoking, alcoholism, be mindful of the type of boxer you wear, avoid been exposure to heat environment always, eat good balance diet and lot of fruits and avoid the habit above.
