Today everyone was focused, listening to the President's address hoping to hear some changes and good news.
However after the President's address many did not understand anything that he has said. Some are complaining that he used more of Bomberstick words which did not accommodate everyone and left them confused.

On his address he started by mentioning that we should pray for all the families who have lost their loved ones due to this pandemic.

And these are the other major things he has mentioned.

°The are 9 million screening and 370 000 tests done.

°UIF has paid out over R11 billion to million workers

°COVID-19 loan guarantee scheme is processing applications

°Over 3 million South Africans have applied for social distress grant

°Solidarity fund has raised R2.7 billion in commitments

°Lockdown has strengthened capacity of our health

°Virus will be present amongst us for a longest time

However many people had expected to hear what they hoped to hear. Which is, alcohol and cigarettes being sold, and some wanted him to be clear as when exactly are we going to Level 3, they wanted him to just go straight to the point.

The President have mentioned that he doesn't want to rush into things, as to easing the Lockdown too fast, to avoid risks as that will lead many people being infected by the virus.

He has mentioned that we will be going on Level 3 as we are hoping but bad news are, not every province will move to Level 3 due to certain reasons. Month end of May he will addressing and elaborating on that. As who will be moving to Level 3, who will remain on Level 4 and why.

He has applauded all those who are complying to the rules of the Lockdown, as he mentioned that when he was on the streets he saw many people wearing masks and said they should continue with doing what's rights and expected.
