But in Nigeria we have so many types of food they are grains, tuber etc There are many foods we eat in Nigeria in which they are not good to our health examples are garri, EBA, etc. These are the foods you must not eat before you go to bed No 1 Garri: Garri is one of the most popular food in Nigeria in which it is not good to our health, it can cause eye defect. These are the reasons why you must not drink garri before going to bed 1 It can cause stomach ache because it will not digest quickly in your stomach so it stores in one place till you wake up 2 It can cause ulcer: when it stores in one place in your stomach, it will not digestion and so this can lead to ulcer No 2 Beans: Beans is one of our foods in Nigeria, we eat beans a lot in Nigeria, but it is dangerous to eat at night for these reasons 1 Bean cannot digest easily so when you eat beans at night before going to bed, after you go to bed the beans will not digest so it causes ulcer too, that is why heavy food is not good at night No 3 Eba: Everyone knows that EBA is gotten from garri so it is a heavy food that is dangerous for every human being to eat at night
